Accountant Wanted

Accountant for Luseta Beauty Inc., Master Degree in Accounting. Rsm to

H.R. 2111 Santa Anita Avenue, South El Monte, CA 91733

Job Duties: Prepare budget and financial and accounting reports and forecasts, manage

all accounting operations based on accounting principles, followed by accounting

regulations set by relevant federal and state authorities, and substantiates financial

accounting information and transactions by auditing documents ; Compile and present

financial accounting reports, budgets, business plans, and commentaries based on

financial accounting forecasting and risk analysis; Maintain financial accounting controls

by preparing and recommending financial accounting policies and procedures and

reconcile financial accounting discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account

information; Review and supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to

ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry, regularly maintain detailed

reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, and provide detailed analyses and

explanations of all transactions; Administer payrolls and controlling income and

expenditure, audit payments by verifying documentation and request disbursements, and

develop periodic financial accounting reports for management, conduct month-end and

year-end financial accounting close process; Maintain professional and technical

knowledge and financial accounting security by following internal controls, and protect

operations by keeping financial accounting information confidential; and Prepare

financial accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals, and logs, prepare,

compile and examine financial accounting statements to ensure accuracy, compute taxes

owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment and prepare documentation for

external auditors; establish/update an accounting information system for the company to

maintain its business records.
